Shreya Ghoshal , the best known playback singer, was born on 12th March, 1984 in Durgapur, West Bengal, India. She has dedicated her voice to many languges including Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Kannada, Marathi, Punjabi and Malayalam. Her career began as a singer on winning the sa re ga ma pa contest.
In bollywood, she did sing for the movie- Devdas for the first time for which she was awarded The best play back singer . She is one of the most awarded playback singer in recent times with 4 national and filmfare awards.
